TI – Cooking with Mara, 29 April 2016

Once again we thoroughly appreciated our day on 29 April with Mara, when we learnt to make pasta alle vongole and tonno alla ‘Luca’ – seared tuna with a sesame seed marinade and sauce, accompanied by artichokes and followed by tarte tatin. In the autumn there will be a ‘cooking with Tulay’ day.
